A surprisingly spacious stay

I was delighted by the spacious king room, which offered a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The accessibility features in the bathroom were particularly beneficial. It was refreshing to be greeted with two complimentary bottles of Kirkland water at check-in, a small touch that made me feel welcomed. The location, close to both the airport and a short walk from a train station, made commuting easy for my city adventures.

However, the breakfast options could be improved to include more variety. It felt quite basic, lacking some heartier choices. Additionally, the industrial area surrounding the hotel can be off-putting for those who enjoy a more scenic environment. I also wished there was a dedicated shuttle service to the nearby Caltrain station as walking in this area felt a bit unsafe due to heavy traffic and no sidewalks.

i really enjoyed being able to stroll to oyster point marina for a scenic view and also appreciated the quick access to nearby shops at tanforan, making my weekend city exploration so much more enjoyable.

Industrial area location felt unsafe!!! Constant aircraft noise ruined the experience!!! Room amenities such as safe not working and staff communication difficulties made for a frustrating stay!!! Much room for improvement needed!!!

Consider using the shuttle service to the airport for convenience. it operates every hour and makes travel easier.

i was absolutely horrified by the lack of upkeep, big holes in the bathroom wall and a lumpy bed, truly unthinkable! and don’t even get me started on the $5 joke for water. i almost thought about giving a good review for the free shuttle, but just couldn't bring myself to! never again, what a disgrace.

The hotel offers a nice assortment of conveniences including coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, which is perfect for business travelers. I appreciated the shuttle service to the airport, which operates at 5:08 AM, allowing for a stress-free early morning flight back to Texas.

The room was spacious, bright, and felt new which was a pleasant surprise. Staff members were friendly and quick to suggest excellent restaurant options nearby. I also enjoyed the lovely pool view which added a nice touch to our stay.
